Trisha joined ESG Professional Accountants in October 2020. Trisha brings over 20 years of accounting and leadership experience, specializing in helping growing businesses streamline financial operations. She oversees client onboarding and aligning each engagement with the right team to deliver high-quality, scalable support. Trisha is also actively involved in recruiting and developing talent, ensuring clients are supported by a strong, well-matched team.

Trisha has experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, cash management, and modeling, team building and process improvement. She has led process improvement initiatives to decrease month end close time resulting in financial statements being issued timely. Additional initiatives include the implementation of software for accounting and payroll to improve processes and reporting, and other process improvement projects that resulted in timely and accurate financials and reduction in DSO.

Trisha received her Bachelor of Arts with degree in Accounting from the University of Iowa and an MBA from the University of Dubuque.

Outside of work, Trisha enjoys spending time with family and her three dogs, traveling, camping, and cheering on the Hawkeyes and the 49ers. She’s also passionate about giving back through her involvement with Healing at Engilsh River Outfitters (HERO), supporting veterans and helping strengthen our local community.
