Trisha Cornwell joined the Iowa office of ESG Professional Accountants in September 2020. She has over 10 years of experience in accounting and financial analysis and management and process improvement. Trisha has served as Controller, and Director for various companies in the services and healthcare industries.
Trisha has experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, cash management, and modeling, team building and process improvement. She has led process improvement initiatives to decrease month end close time resulting in financial statements being issued timely. Additional initiatives include the implementation of software for accounting and payroll to improve processes and reporting, and other process improvement projects that resulted in timely and accurate financials and reduction in DSO.
Trisha received her Bachelor of Arts with degree in Accounting from the University of Iowa and an MBA from the University of Dubuque.
Trisha will be focused on enhancing internal process and marketing strategies to allow ESG to expand services offerings and market territory. She will also support clients in these areas.
