Toni Smith joined Entrepreneurial Services Group (ESG) in 2022. Before joining ESG she received her BA in Business Management from The University of Iowa. Prior to coming to ESG, she worked in Finance for a Non-Profit organization in Iowa City. Aside from Non-Profit, she has worked in many fields including; retail, manufacturing, and delivery services.
